Tuna Steak Salad

Ingredients ( Serves 1 )

1 egg
1 tuna steak (frozen or fresh)
salad greens
4-5 green olives
10g pumpkin seeds
balsamic vinegar

This is easy (but not nearly as bad for your waist) as pie. First, stick your tuna steak on to cook (I grilled mine in the oven for 25 minutes). Whilst that's cooking, get some water on the boil and then slice up your olives. Arrange your salad greens in a bowl, sprinkling over the pumpkins seeds and the sliced olives. 6 minutes before the tuna is done, pop your egg into the boiling water. Remove the tuna from the oven after 6 minutes, and then run the boiled egg under cold water. Peel, and add both the steak and egg to your salad. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the greens and it's chow time.

P.S For all you gym bunnies out there, this is a perfect pre-gym lunch. This salad is brimming with protein!
